They're on a mission to make the world safer by delivering precision-engineered solutions to remove dangerous materials - fast, reliably, and to the highest standards.The Role:Our Client are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer / Project Manager to take ownership of production planning and execution. You'll coordinate across Design, Procurement, CNC, and Project Engineering teams to keep projects moving, resolve issues early, and ensure on-time delivery.What You'll Do:

• Lead and maintain production plans from start to finish
• Coordinate teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across departments

About You:

• 5+ years in a mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment
• HNC/HND (minimum ONC) in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Strong communicator and natural problem-solver
• Experience managing production in fast-paced, multi-project settings
• Motivated, organised, and delivery-focused
