Working closely with Advisers and the wider support team, the Paraplanner plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client journeys and technically sound advice delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Advisers to produce high-quality suitability reports, review documents, and technical research.

  • Conduct cashflow modelling, investment analysis, and product research using tools like Intelligent Office (IO) and Genovo.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing correspondence and attending meetings as needed.

  • Provide administrative and technical support for group pensions and benefits.

  • Ensure accurate processing of new business applications, provider communications, and policy administration.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

  • Work cross-functionally with administrators and compliance teams to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.

  • Assist in organisational projects, system improvements, and process optimisation initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience in a Paraplanning or Financial Planning Support role.

  • Part-qualified: Working towards Level 4 Diploma (CII, LIBF, or equivalent).

  • Proficient with Intelligent Office (IO) and financial planning software (e.g., Genovo).

  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process orientation.

  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development.
