Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters

Location: Warrington

Pay Rate: £12.21 £12.69 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week (including weekends), various start times

CSP Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join a busy logistics site in Warrington. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work with the possibility of a permanent contract.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals who are comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting parcels and placing them into correct postcode areas

• Using scanning devices to track and label parcels

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

• Maintaining organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse

• General warehouse operative duties as required

• Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Parcel Sorter, Picker/Packer, Loader, or similar role is an advantage

• Manual handling involved

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Flexibility regarding shifts and start times

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
