This is a 24/7 full-week rolling shift rota (including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
About the Role
We are seeking a Substance Misuse Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you'll provide and supervise the delivery of high standards of nursing care for the treatment and support of individuals experiencing substance dependency.
Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will deliver holistic, evidence-based care, ensuring that all interventions meet national clinical guidelines, Forward Trust policies, and the highest standards of professional practice.
You'll play a key role in medical assessments, detoxification monitoring, crisis intervention, and ongoing physical and psychological health support, all within a health improvement and recovery-focused framework.
