Chef Manager

Location: Westminster, LondonSalary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 15:30Working Pattern: Term-time only (42 weeks per year, including inset days)

• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless catering service

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager within a school or similar environment

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• A passion for delivering healthy, high-quality food for young people

• Relevant Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness qualifications

• Confident in managing compliance, health & safety, and team performance
