To be successful, you will have:
Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
Extensive experience in estates and property strategy, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
A proven track record of delivering estate projects on time and to budget.
Experience working within large, multi-site organisations (public or private sector).
Salary between £54,180 £76,944, dependent on experience.
Flexible hybrid working with regular travel to the Exeter office and estate locations as required.
