FLT Driving Instructor (AITT & RTITB)
Location: New Mills
Salary: 14.99 per hour (approx. 29,620 per annum)
Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30-16:00, Fri 7:30-11:30 (38 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, onsite

Ready to pass on your skills and finish early on Fridays? If you're an accredited truck instructor who loves raising standards and keeping people safe, this role gives you a supportive training team and the autonomy to shape best practice across site.

What you'll do:
Deliver theory and practical training on trucks across site (new and refresher sessions).
Audit and continuously improve training quality; keep documentation accurate and up to date.
Stay current with Health & Safety updates and training standards.
Work with the Training team and line managers to plan and deliver sessions across shifts (occasional nights).
Support daily truck checks, cleanliness and equipment condition.

Current AITT and RTITB instructor accreditation.
Clear communication, strong planning/organisation, and flexibility to cover occasional nights.
A safety-first mindset and attention to detail in record-keeping.
