We have owned The Horseshoe for 15 successful years and it has built up a loyal customer base and offers full table service in the restaurant areas, music nights, quiz nights and we host many private functions

What we expect
Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. For a successful application, You will need to have had some previous experience of working in a high-volume kitchen - delivering dishes to company time standards and specification and managing teams of up to 6 (Chefs and KPs) on a busy service.
A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.
