Experienced Junior Sous Chef

Accomodation is £95 per week - a double room in a shared flat aboove the pub

Earn up to £37,000 per annum package (salary + tronc service charge)

What we expect

Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. For a successful application, You will need to have had some previous experience of working in a high-volume kitchen - delivering dishes to company time standards and specification and managing teams of up to 6 (Chefs and KPs) on a busy service.

A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.

  • You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
  • You will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly
