Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled and qualified arborists to join our client's team as a temporary Arborist/Tree Surgeon based in the Medway area. Permanent employment opportunities may be available for the right candidates.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have no more than 3 points and no disqualifications (for insurance purposes).
Industry Qualifications (Essential):
CS30 - Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting- CS31 - Felling Small Trees
- CS38 - Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue
- CS39 - Operate a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent understanding of arboriculture best practices
- Strong adherence to health and safety protocols
- Competent in the care and maintenance of arborist equipment
- Ability to carry out a wide range of tree operations safely and effectively
- A can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both clients and team members
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Additional Opportunities:
- Overtime Available - including some evenings, nights, and weekends
- Participation in an out-of-hours on-call system
- Double time pay rate: 36.40/hour
