Location: Manchester (with some UK travel)
Salary: 27,000 - 35,000 (DOE) + Overtime

What you'll be doing

• Bringing bold signage to life: totems, flex face, fascia, built-up letters, LEDs, vinyl, and more
• Leading a small crew and showing fitters' mates how it's done
• Carrying out site surveys and reading technical drawings like a pro
• Keeping stock, vehicles, and tools in check while maintaining top H&S standards
• Working side by side with Project and Site Managers to deliver work that wows clients

What we're looking for

• Proven sign fitting experience you know your stuff
• A positive, hands-on attitude with natural leadership skills
• Flexibility to travel nationwide (overnights included)
• A true team player who takes pride in every detail
• Qualifications like IPAF, PASMA, CSCS (Blue card a bonus) are highly desirable
