Location: Hull

Company: A global manufacturer specialising in medical packaging and labels.

Role:

• Running multi-colour flexo narrow web presses
• Producing high quality labels and packaging with a variety of finishes
• Ensuring that the area, equipment, and machinery are kept clean and tidy
• Troubleshooting issues with the printing press or print quality
• Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are always adhered to by you
• Carry out basic maintenance in accordance with standard procedures

Requirements:

• Hold sufficient, recent flexographic printing experience
• Have experience operating a narrow web flexo printer - ideally Mark Andy, MPS, Nilpeter, Edale etc.
• Will also consider wide web flexographic printing
• Be aware of flexo and/or digital print process
• Previously or currently printed labels / packaging
• Hot foil / melt experience desired
