Salary: 105 - 115 per day, depending on experience

A primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team. Job Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils' learning in 1:1 or small group settings.
- Assist teachers with planning, resources, and differentiated activities.
- Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and social skills.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support individual pupil needs.
Qualifications/Experience
To succeed as a Learning Support Assistant, you will need:
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Experience supporting pupils in primary education is desirable
Strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach
