We're working with a fast-paced, progressive Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Northampton who are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.

What you'll be doing:

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across a wide range of technologies
Travel to customer sites on request to represent our client with support tasks
Responding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Escalating complex issues to senior engineers where necessary
Delivering excellent customer service to a varied client base

What we're looking for:

A UK Driving License is Required for this Role

Proven experience in providing technical support in a help desk or similar environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
Previous experience in a helpdesk/service desk role handling 1st/2nd line support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach
