Key Requirements:

• Minimum Level 4 qualification in financial planning (ideally Chartered).
• Proven experience in paraplanning within a financial services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate financial reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with advisers and clients.
