Class 2 Sweeper Driver

Driver Hire Southampton are currently on the lookout for a Class 2 Sweeper Driver to work for one of our well-established clients near the Eastleigh area.

This role involves operating a Class 2 sweeper vehicle to maintain cleanliness and safety across various construction sites throughout the Hampshire area.

About this position:

• 12-week temp to perm role
• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
• On average 9-hour days, start times vary between 6:00am- 8:00am
• Covering a portfolio of construction sites across Hampshire
• Occasional use of the gully sucker, with support from a second operative (double-manned)
• Operating a left-hand drive sweeper vehicle

What we require from you for this Class 2 role:

• Full UK Class 2 driving licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Newly qualified drivers welcome to apply
• Physically fit and happy to perform some manual handling tasks
• Good communication, punctuality, and customer service skills
• Own transport to commute to and from work
