Project Manager - High-End Residential
We're working with a fast-growing residential design & build company in South West London, known for delivering high-quality refurbishments across London. With multiple projects running at once (typically 500k- 3m), they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge, drive delivery, and be the key link between directors, clients, and site teams.
Location: Office - Victoria Sites - Central, West & North London
Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

Experience as a Project Manager within residential construction (contractor or design & build background).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership, with confidence managing clients, consultants, and site teams.
