Cell Engineer to join their innovative team and contribute to advancing high energy density cell development.
The
Cell Engineer will:
- Manufacture pouch cells for development with hands-on precision.
- Operate in dry rooms with semi-automated and automated pouch cell manufacturing equipment, including set-up and optimisation.
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure work plans and deliverables align with technical and project goals.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, escalate issues as required, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support technical and quality standards.
The
Cell Engineer will have:
- Proven experience in cell manufacturing (required).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Desire to develop a broad range of technical skills and knowledge.
- Good dexterity with strong problem-solving abilities, knowing when to seek guidance.
