We are currently partnering with a growing SME based in Birmingham City Centre, who are recruiting for a standalone HR Manager on a full-time and permanent basis.
This is a new position for the organisation, so will be crucial in helping them shape their organisational culture and implement policies and procedures to improve employee engagement and wellbeing.
They are able to pay up to £40k depending on experience and require them to be in the office 5 days a week.
