We re looking for a Technical Lead to join a growing tech team that s building products used daily by millions across the UK and beyond. The solutions you ll help shape are scaling fast and expanding into new markets, so this is a great chance to step into a role where your work really makes an impact.
This isn t just a coding job you ll be leading from the front, guiding a team of talented developers while still getting hands-on with modern tech.
What you ll be doing:

Building and evolving cloud-first applications in .NET (C#) on Azure

Driving DevOps best practices and continuous improvement across the team

Leading projects while contributing across the stack

Working closely with your squad to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
What we re looking for:

Strong background in .NET (latest versions preferred) and C#

Solid experience with SQL Server and handling data at scale

Azure cloud expertise

Exposure to front-end or mobile tech (React Native would be ideal)
