Fabricator (PVC)

Summary for Fabricator:

We are working with a leading supplier and installer of premium aluminium glazing solutions, including high-performance windows, doors, and bespoke roof light systems. With projects typically ranging from 30,000 to 500,000, our client works across a variety of residential and commercial developments, offering exceptional products and service.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 7am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities for Fabricator:

• Fabricate PVC windows, doors, and roof light systems according to technical drawings and production schedules
• Operate machinery such as saws, CNC machines, routers, and crimpers safely and efficiently
• Assemble frames, fit hardware, and carry out quality checks to ensure precision and durability
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the production and project teams to ensure timely and accurate fabrication
• Carry out basic maintenance on tools and equipment as required
• Identify and report any faults or quality issues during production

Experience & Skills Required for Fabricator:

• Minimum 2 years' experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors
• Knowledge and experience in fabricating REHAU highly desirable
• Confident in reading and interpreting technical fabrication drawings and cutting lists
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to aluminium fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
• Awareness of health and safety practices within a workshop environment
