JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

SALARY: 45 - 52k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

LOCATION: Surrey, South West & West London and surrounding areas

JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

  • Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances,
  • As an Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and multi-split systems etc.
  • Covering in and around Surrey & Southwest London you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to high end residentials apartment blocks (landlord side only), office and other sites of a commercial nature.
  • Overtime is available and plentiful.
  • Van provided along with tools
  • On call 1 week in 5 with standby allowance and overtime rates

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - HVAC Engineer / Air conditioning engineer

  • Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on.
  • Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ
  • As an air conditioning engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously
  • Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems etc.
  • Motivated and trustworthy
