Retail Supervisor

As Supervisor you will be responsible for both assisting in the training, development and management of the small team + providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store.
Retail Supervisor MUST HAVE'S:
- At least one year's UK retail customer service experience for an established brand.
- Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick customer relationships.
- Worked in buy retail environment
- Fluent in English
Retail Supervisor Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and development
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time-off requests
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
