Looking to take ownership of Health & Safety for a business at the cutting edge of infrastructure solutions?
We re working with a longstanding specialist infrastructure solutions provider that s leading the way in road safety and traffic management. With over 50 years of success, they design, install, and maintain smart solutions for local authorities, National Highways, and tier-one contractors.
Following a period of growth that has seen revenue reach £15 million, the business is now seeking a confident and capable Health & Safety Manager to uphold ISO standards and support their continued operational success.
The role is based out of their Milton Keynes Office, 3 days a week and 2 days a week from home, with occasional visits to sites.

The Role
You ll report into the Director of Delivery and be the go-to person for all things HSEQ across the business, covering:
  • Management and continuous improvement of the IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Planning and delivering internal audits
  • Conducting HSEQ audits with both internal teams and contractors
  • Delivering internal training, toolbox talks, and compliance presentations
  • Carrying out annual compliance reviews and leading improvement actions
What They re Looking For
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Internal Auditing experience
  • Experience in infrastructure, highways, utilities, telecoms, construction, transportation, logistics or hard services.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Confident working across all business levels
