The Role
- Carry out research on pensions and investments.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports.
- Work closely with advisers and administrators to ensure the best client outcomes.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Keep your knowledge sharp with ongoing CPD.
? What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years' paraplanning experience, ideally with pensions/pension switching.
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it).
- Strong report writing, analytical and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Confident with financial planning software and Microsoft Office (experience with Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner, Genovo, Selectapension or FE Analytics is a plus).
- Proactive, detail-driven, and motivated to keep developing.

Location & Hours
