Class 1 HGV Driver + Moffett

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HGV Class 1 driver to join our small & friendly team
Your duties will include delivering & collecting turf and related products from our production site to our customers own premises, building sites and private addresses to name a few, liaising with customers while on site, a professional attitude towards customer service is essential.
You will be required to operate within the laws of the operator's licence. Including tachograph regulation, vehicle checks, weight compliance, working time directive & load security.
The ability to work under your own initiative and self-manage your time is required.
Full training will be given; however, a current Rear Mounted FLT licence and FORS experience would be favourable.
This position will include nights out & early starts and the ability to load on Sundays when required.
You will require.
A valid & full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
A valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/ Driver CPC
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
Physically active due to the nature of the role; dealing with heavy goods.
Fluent in English; Constant communication with colleagues and customers
Experience:
Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
