Are you a dealmaker with a proven track record in commercial property finance?

We're looking for a high a high calibre Commercial Finance Broker to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial and award winning financial services provider.

This is your chance to step into a high-growth environment with access to a wide panel of lenders, a strong network of introducers and uncapped earning potential.

You will be responsible for originating, structuring and managing commercial property finance deals from start to finish. You will also have the opportunity to advise across Asset Finance, Invoice Finance and Business Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Build lasting, profitable client and funder relationships.
• Spot opportunities to cross-sell across other business areas.
• Keep ahead of the curve with market trends and lender appetite.

Experience required:

• Proven success in commercial property finance broking or lending.
• Experience across structured finance (asset, invoice, business) would be highly desired.
• Strong existing client & funder network.
• Sharp credit risk insight and structuring know-how.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Up to £60k Basic + Var Allowance + Uncapped Commission
