Rate: £18 -£ 20 per hour inside of IR35

Our client a Leading Global Consulting Firm is currently seeking a 1st Line Operative to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line operational support to ensure smooth daily processes

• Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating issues where necessary

• Accurately record information and maintain documentation

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team

• Previous experience in an operational or support role is desirable but not essential
