The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
Working closely with the Quantity Surveying Director, you'll step into a visible, hands-on role where you'll:
- Lead standout projects from inception to completion
- Support and mentor APC candidates, sharing knowledge and developing future talent
- Influence team culture, delivery standards, and client relationships
- Gain exposure across a wide range of sectors with high levels of autonomy

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- MRICS ideally
- Successful track record delivering projects from start to finish
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
- Strong pre & post contract experience
