You'll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans- Lead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chain- Carry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS compliance- Implement lessons learned, walkdowns, and benchmarks to improve performance- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams- Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and proactively improve processesAbout You:- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade qualification- 5+ years' quality management experience in engineering & construction- Experience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution (advantageous)- ISO 9001 auditor certification- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills- Able to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business, work on landmark projects, and take your career to the next level.
