Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft suitability reports and provide research support to advisers.
  • Liaise closely with Financial Planners to ensure all advice is accurate and compliant.
  • Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare tailored recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth product and provider research.
  • Maintain accurate records, workflows, and compliance documentation.
  • Support advisers with technical queries to ensure quality client outcomes.
  • Manage your caseload efficiently while meeting report and advice output targets.
  • Assist with processing new business and producing supporting documentation.

About You:

  • Experienced Paraplanner.
  • Diploma-qualified in Financial Planning (or working toward Chartered status).
  • Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient with financial planning software and systems.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure.
