Onsite IT Support Engineer - Southwest London (12-Month Contract)

 ? Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
   Day Rate: £140 - £180 p/d DOE
  We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to join a customer-facing team in Southwest London. This is a 12-month contract, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), with an immediate start.
  Key responsibilities:
  - Provide 1st line IT support across a Microsoft environment.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
 - Manage file server permissions and assist with mobile device support (Samsung phones & tablets).
 - Act as the first point of contact for support tickets, working efficiently within a small, fast-paced team.
 
  Requirements:
  - Proven experience in IT support within Microsoft environments.
 - Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, and collaboration tools.
 - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
