Salary: Up to £33,500 + housing + crop bonus
Location: Lydd, Kent
Hours: Average 48 hours per week

ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established poultry business operating across the UK. The company runs a network of modern, high-welfare rearing farms supplying major processors and partners within the poultry industry. They are now seeking a hands-on Rearing Farm Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of one of their key sites in Romney Marsh.
The Role
As Rearing Farm Manager, you ll ensure pullets are reared to the required weight, welfare, and uniformity standards. You ll oversee all aspects of bird health and environment from day-old chicks through to transfer, managing feed, water, lighting, and ventilation to achieve top performance.
You ll maintain accurate records, and uphold strict biosecurity and welfare standards. A practical, proactive approach and keen attention to detail are essential.

What You ll Need
- Previous experience in poultry or livestock management
- Strong understanding of bird welfare and stock control
- Organised and able to work independently
- Flexible approach includes weekend and early-morning work
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary up to £33,500
