My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Insolvency Administrator to join our dynamic restructuring and insolvency team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring all statutory requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, Administrations) and personal insolvency matters (Bankruptcies, IVAs, etc.) with minimal supervision.
• Liaise with creditors, directors, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders, maintaining high standards of communication
• Prepare and review statutory reports, notices, and other legal documents in line with current legislation and internal procedures

My client serves its clients via an extensive UK office network and through our international association of approved partner firms which enables us to draw together specialist teams from around the world to meet specific cross-jurisdictional challenges.

Clients include commercial organisations of all sizes that may be facing day-to-

day or long-term financial challenges.

My clients licensed insolvency practitioners will work closely with businesses in financial distress to arrive at the root of the problem, whether this is poor cash flow, a changing marketplace, or operational inefficiencies.
