Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Leeds (LS13)
Job Type: Full-Time Temp to Perm
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern, weekly

• 6:00am 2:00pm

• 2:00pm 10:00pm

• 10:00pm 6:00am

Our client is a well-established manufacturer in the drinks industry, and we're looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable employment, with a permanent contract offered following a successful trial period.

• Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance FLT

• Load and unload deliveries

• Transport materials to production areas

• Move finished goods to storage and dispatch zones

• Complete stock and paperwork accurately

• Follow all site health & safety procedures

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as required

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Flexible and reliable with good attention to detail

• Able to work all rotating shifts on a weekly basis

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Permanent contract after a successful trial period
