We re representing an FCSA & SafeRec accredited umbrella company, looking to hire a Key Account Director to take ownership of some of their most important client relationships.
This isn t cold-start business development. You ll be handed a portfolio of major professional services accounts (public sector, IT, large PLCs) with immediate revenue opportunities meaning commission from day one.

What we re looking for:
- Experience in the umbrella payroll sector (or close transferable experience)
- Proven track record in managing & growing key accounts
- Strong commercial awareness & ability to discuss revenue/volume confidently
- Based in the South remote if on the South Coast, otherwise regular presence in North London
- Self-starter, professional, no-drama operator
