In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day management of client relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients, advisers, and third parties, while contributing to the efficient delivery of financial planning advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Advisers and Directors in managing a portfolio of client relationships.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to deliver seamless client service.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, preparing proposals, documentation, and relevant forms.
  • Support annual and periodic client reviews, preparing meeting materials and managing post-meeting actions.
  • Help implement simple financial planning activities such as ISA contributions, pension transactions, and cash management.
About You:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in client relationship management within financial services, ideally within wealth management or financial planning.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of investment and financial planning products, or a strong desire to develop this knowledge further.
  • Confident in communicating with senior colleagues, clients, and third-party professionals such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive team player with a genuine interest in learning and professional development (support for financial planning exams available).
What's on Offer:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Career progression opportunities within a respected and growing wealth management team.
  • Supportive, professional working environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
