My leading Banking client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the Customer, Loan & Deposit Operations teams. You'll be responsible for planning, organising, and supervising the daily operational activities of a function. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing efficient processes, and managing a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Alongside managing the function, you'll also be a key person in driving the transformational change in their Secured Lending (Mortgages) offering.

Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus + package
