Position: Commercial Pipe Fitter
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (40 hours per week)
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 22 days + 8 bank holidays
On-Call: 1 in 6/8 weeks (£150 standby)
Travel time paid minus 30 minutes per day (15 mins each side) + fuel card + tablet + van + tools + pension

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipe Fitter to join our team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing and pipefitting, with experience working across various building services environments. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of pipework systems in commercial settings such as schools, hotels, restaurants, and colleges.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial pipework systems.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works on heating and plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Work with materials such as copper, steel, and plastic pipework.
- Assist with commissioning and testing of completed systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with customers and site managers in a professional and courteous manner.
