Responsibilities and duties of the SHE Coordinator role

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager you will:

  • Maintain a clear understanding of personal SHE responsibilities to yourself, colleagues, and the business.

  • Provide accurate and relevant SHE advice, procedural direction, and guidance to px and contract personnel.

  • Represent px and the SHE teams positively at internal and external forums.

  • Contribute constructively, complete assigned actions, and report outcomes in a timely manner.

  • Conduct worksite inspections to required standards, ensuring effective communication and close-out of action points.



Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.

  • Extensive experience in an industrial setting.

  • Experience working within a legislative framework with agreed targets.

  • Previous auditing experience.

The SHE Coordinator role would suit someone who is:
