We're working on behalf of an award-winning, privately owned Independent Financial Planning and Investment Management firm to recruit a technically proficient Paraplanner to join their growing team in Newcastle.

The RoleAs a Paraplanner, you'll work closely with a team of Chartered Financial Planners and Advisers to deliver top-tier technical support. This includes producing cash flow models, high-quality suitability reports, and acting as a key technical resource across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse client data and conduct in-depth research on investments and financial products
Build cash flow models and draft tailored suitability reports
Develop solutions and make recommendations alongside advisers
Support with tax calculations and financial planning strategy
Respond to technical queries from colleagues and clients
Participate in peer reviews, client meetings (when needed), and pod/team meetings
Support training of team members and contribute to process improvements
CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement)
Working toward Chartered status or holding additional relevant qualifications is advantageous
At least 3 years' experience in a paraplanning role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
Experience with tools such as Voyant, FE Analytics, and Curo is desirable
