ER Consultant
Birmingham
6 Month Contract
450 - 500 pd (Umbrella)
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an ER Consultant on an initial 6-month basis.
Successful candidates must be able to attend the Birmingham office 3 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a caseload of Employee Relations (ER) including discipline, grievance, appeals, probation, performance management and flexible working appeals, supporting the business to ensure that the best possible outcomes are delivered for all parties.
- To advise, support and influence stakeholders on HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and terms and conditions to ensure they remain within the legislative framework and follow good practice.
About you:
- Previous experience as an ER Consultant within a Matrix organisation.
- Strong stakeholder managements skills - including advising line managers on all aspects of HR.
- Strong knowledge of UK Employment legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to resolve complex queries and issues.
