As our Team Leader, you ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, inspiring your team, smashing targets, and making a real difference in people s lives.
You will:
- Lead and motivate the recruitment team to exceed sales and placement goals
- Build strong relationships with employers through networking and marketing
- Drive new business growth while nurturing existing clients
- Collaborate with Ongo Communities to support life-changing initiatives
- Thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas matter

What We re Looking For
- Proven sales success and a results-driven mindset
- Experience leading teams and managing projects/contracts
- Top-notch communication and negotiation skills
- A cool head under pressure and a love for responsibility
- At least 2 years in a sales-focused recruitment role
