As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer to help shape the evolution of our platform and lead key technical initiatives.

Who We're Seeking
We're looking for an experienced Lead Software engineer with a strong foundation in modern programming principles and a proven track record of delivering robust, cloud-based systems.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership across key projects, work closely with product and engineering stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in evolving the architecture of our platform. You'll be given the autonomy to explore new ideas, recommend improvements, and guide best practices across the team.

You'll Need:

• Proven experience with C# and/or Go in production environments
• Strong experience with SQL Server and modern database architecture
• RESTful and GraphQL API development
• Experience with distributed cloud systems - we use Kubernetes in GCP
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architecture best practices
• Prior experience acting as a technical lead within cross-functional teams
• Excellent Git skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving engineering excellence
