Home Manager

Varang Recruitment are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for one of our established nursing homes client based in Swansea, SA5. We are looking for a strong, passionate, and experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid NMC PIN who has a background in elderly/dementia/mental health care.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the 22-bed service. Your key responsibilities include the management and supervision of a great staff team, financial management of the service, business management, and fulfilling the organization's statutory obligations.

To apply you must have a good understanding of clinical care requirements, Home management experience, valid NMC PIN, and a good understanding of CIW.
