Mortgage Administrator

This Mortgage Administrator job in Hebburn, provides the opportunity to have a busy role within one of the North East's largest mortgage brokerages.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be taking an active role to support the team of Mortgage Advisors and their clients, to help cases smoothly progress towards completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the process of submitting new mortgage applications
• Taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Liaising with lenders and solicitors to remain up to date on the progress of cases
• Making appointments on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors to review and/or new mortgage and protection products
• Provide support to enable mortgage applications progress through to completion

Mortgage Administrator Requirements

• Previous experience within mortgage administration is strongly preferred
• You should have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking to new and existing customers, both via inbound and outbound calls

Mortgage Administrator Benefits

• Salary of £24,375 - £26,000 depending on experience plus additional shift allowance of up to £900 pa
• 37.5 hours per week, working within a dedicated team on a shift pattern, 5 days per week, includes some weekends
