Early Years Practitioner - Outstanding Nursery - Nelson

Veritas Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Nelson that is looking to expand its team.

The nursery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive staff.

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible working hours

• Option of all-year-round or term-time only contracts

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development, learning, and care of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment

• Working closely with colleagues, children, and parents

• Supporting safeguarding procedures and ensuring child welfare is always prioritised

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

• Previous experience in an early years setting

• Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable
