Maintenance Operative

The Role

We're recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative - 40 Hours a week Monday to Friday to support two busy accommodation sites in Bristol

Key Duties

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks
• Responding to maintenance tasks promptly and effectively
• Basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work (as appropriate to skillset)
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Supporting site staff with setup or emergency works when needed

About You

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience is essential
• Confident using basic tools and equipment
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Health & safety aware and customer focused
• Available for immediate start and happy to work full-time

• Pay: up to £12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
