  • Reviewing applications to ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted.
  • Organising client information for efficient loan processing.
  • Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
  • Completing detailed affordability assessments.
  • Requesting credit checks and issuing necessary paperwork.
  • Handling enquiries from applicants and lenders.
  • Drafting case rationale for investors and senior management.
  • Completing AML checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Working to deadlines for submission of paperwork.
