- Reviewing applications to ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted.
- Organising client information for efficient loan processing.
- Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
- Completing detailed affordability assessments.
- Requesting credit checks and issuing necessary paperwork.
- Handling enquiries from applicants and lenders.
- Drafting case rationale for investors and senior management.
- Completing AML checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Working to deadlines for submission of paperwork.
- Annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
