You will have the opportunity to:
Work alongside Financial Planning Directors to deliver detailed, client-focused advice
Prepare high-quality cashflow models, research, and suitability reports
Contribute to technical discussions and strategy development within a leading planning team
Attend client meetings and gain first-hand exposure to UHNW client relationships

Prepare financial planning reports and client recommendations to a high standard
Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, taxation, and estate planning
Support Financial Planning Directors in delivering advice and annual reviews
Manage your own workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and best practice in advice delivery
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential
2-3 years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and taxation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing professionally
Able to attend the Manchester office several times per week as part of a hybrid arrangement
