Cover Supervisor - Windsor & Maidenhead

Academics Ltd are working closely with several excellent secondary schools in the Windsor and Maidenhead area who are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Cover Supervisor to join their teams immediately.
This Cover Supervisor role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience working within the education sector or for someone who is aspiring to begin a career in education. This is also an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to take their first step into teaching. There are also extensive opportunities to support SEN Children if this is something you are interested in or passionate about.
Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lessons during teacher absences using pre-set work
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour
- Work closely with teaching staff and senior leadership teams
- Ensure safeguarding and school's policies are followed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A passion for education and a desire to support young learners

- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Progression routes, including Schools Direct Teacher Training after one year
